This fantastic Tai Chi video will be a wonderful and fun part of your daily exercise program and part of your weekly a-z adventures! This 18 minute streaming video guides your students through the Body Signals four times for each Animal Letter while slowing the body down and being present in the moment. Learning to be calm and peaceful is good for everyone! The video consists of three sections:
Zoo-Tai Chi
This section features all 26 Body Signals for each Animal, “a-z,” performed in steady but peaceful succession. It is the perfect speed for students to Signal along.
Not So Zippy Zoo-Tai Chi
Our “Not So Zippy Zoo-Tai Chi” is a slower pace perfect for toddlers and young preschoolers as well as those new to Zoo-phonics! You have four chances to practice each Signal and pronounce the letter sounds.
Zippy Zoo-Tai Chi
You do the same Animal Alphabet Signals for “Zippy Zoo-Tai Chi” as you do for the “Zoo-Tai Chi” – just a lot faster. The reason for this is for FUN – always fun! But it is also to build automaticity and speed with the alphabet!
Great for all age groups, toddlers through early primary, even adults!
