We reserve the right to refuse orders or workshop registration attendance if the customer provides false information regarding billing or shipping location. All funds will be refunded with credit card charge reversal.
International Shipping charges are based on actual charges (US Dollars) for package weight and delivery address. It is customer responsibility to provide accurate delivery address.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address information on an International order, this can cause a delivery delay or rejection. We aim to provide you with quality service and will ship your item purchased at the rates that we have agreed to – you pay actual shipping (in US Dollars) charges based on the weight and delivery location of the package.
For lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched, Zoo-phonics, Inc cannot be held responsible or liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. By ordering Internationally, you accept full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier or incorrect shipping information.
As the customer, you are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, differences in currency exchange, International credit card fees, etc. required by the country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand and cannot give you an estimate of the cost – charges vary around the world. As an International consumer, please research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be.
If for whatever reason, the package is seized by customs officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. Most orders that are stopped at customs are automatically returned to us. However, you may be responsible for any return shipping charges in accordance with your local regulations.
If you refuse the shipment because of these charges, or if an order is rejected by customs due to item restrictions, or if the order is returned because the local post is unable to locate your address, we can refund you for the cost of the products (which does not include any shipping or return shipping fees) once the package is returned to our warehouse and processed. Please note that packages returned by customs can sometimes take a very long time to return.
