Once your classroom has mastered their lowercase letters, these cards are the perfect way to introduce capital letters! On the front of each 11” x 8.5” card is the Merged Animal/Capital Letter.

On the reverse is the uppercase letter, a picture of a child Signaling and a description of the Signal. Vowels are signified by a “hardest worker hard hat” icon. Includes the two main rules for capital letters on heavy card stock.

All phonemic awareness skills are taught with the animal alphabet so children gain the foundation for future speech, reading, spelling, and writing.
